This is an opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join our agile mission team which is focused on helping Mettle bring our BaaS product to market

What you'll do
In your new role, you'll prepare, manage and provide reporting on all project plans, controls and resource plans.

You'll make sure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enablechange to be implemented and handed over.

You'll also:

Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
Lead and define the production of a project document and make sure that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to our strategic goals
Remove crossteam obstacles and blockers to enable efficient delivery, proactively managing dependencies and get the best value against constraints
Own and manage internal and 3rd party implementation plans and delivery risks
Work with teams to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting, estimating, metrics and measurements

The skills you'll need

You'll have experience working within a delivery function, focussed on ensuring the timely delivery of programmes by working very closely with the squads on implementation, managing dependencies, programme governance and reporting.
