ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to fulfil the role of the dedicated services assistant.

You will be required to work in our client's office in the Abingdon area.

You need to be reliable have a good eye for detail and always keep the client at the centre of all that you do.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to our client's offices supporting a host of hospitality needs.


PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Creation of drink and snack orders through our internal system
  • Managing staff lunches and ensuring the correct orders arrive on time, following up on any order queries.
  • Restocking and maintaining all consumable items, ensuring items are fresh and always replenished.
  • Ensuring all confectionery and fresh fruit are displayed as per the clients requirement.
  • Maintain cleanliness across all work areas, kitchens, fridges, coffee machines etc.
  • Working alongside other internal team members such as facilities and EA's
  • Receiving and allocating deliveries to relevant places
*Full training will be provided

SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
*occasional request to work outside of normal working hours to support events (No Weekends)

SALARY/RATE
- £12.00 p/h ( Rate to be reviewed after probation)
