My client based in Andover are Recruiting for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to start ASAP
What is the day to day of the role?
- Provide advice and support around HR & Learning and Development
- To liaise with external training providers to ensure all training needs are compliant with the organisation
- To monitor and evaluate training to employees
- Ensure all documents are kept up to date and within the organisations guidelines
- Be able to monitor and maintain employees learning and development records, including the database
- Liaise with Management with the delivery of Learning and Development throughout the organisation
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience with design and delivering Learning and Development programmes
- Have CIPD Level
- Preferred
- DBS Check Required
