UP TO £40,000
LONDON (HYBRID)**
Overview

Harnham is working exclusively with a well-known organisation that has recently went live with a Customer Data Platform that collates their customer data to enhance their loyalty and CRM program.

The role

You will:

Be responsible for improving revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition by delivering actionable insight from their customer data
Working with key stores/venues across the country to improve their marketing effectiveness and customer experience
Be responsible for understanding their customer makeup
And more

The experience

Ideally you will have:

Very strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong with SQL and data warehousing experience
Knowledge of visualisation tools such Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc
The ability to demonstrable experience within a datadriven analytical role, with the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets
Excellent stakeholder management familiar with communicating and collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
