Absolute Recruit is exclusively partnering with an established service-based business in Luton seeking to recruit a Commercial Accountant to join their growing business.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven individual who has at least 2 years finance experience seeking to take the next step in their career.

You will develop your commercial knowledge and skills.

Working in a company that is invested in its people andtheir personal development you will get full study support for a further finance qualification.

Within the commercial department you will assist in preparing monthly financial reports and provide support within the internal finance team.

This role is best suited to an individual who is confident and wants to be in a social and energetic team with a realfamily feel.


What you will be doing:

  • Communicating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage the monthly financial reporting process
  • Support internal departments with financial and commercial queries
  • Assist in the development of internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Bring new ideas to better the company and solve issues within the business

What you get:

Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

  • Location: Luton
  • 25 days holiday raising to 30 days after 5 years' service plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid (two days in the office)

What you must have:

  • Be able to develop and maintain relationships
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A finance qualification AAT or degree
