Up to £23k DOE | Monday - Friday | Exeter


Our client, who are known for being experts within their sector, is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor responsible for processing sales and communicating with customers resulting from sales.

Monday - Friday - 9 am - 5:30 pm (45 mins for lunch)


Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:


  • Act as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Support and liaise with the sales manager
  • Inputting sales purchase orders
  • Assisting with customer floor plans/ quantity calculations
  • Administration of correspondence generated from Proformas/invoices and distribution documentation

Requirements:


  • Proven Customer Service/ sales order processing experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a confident, pleasant telephone manner.
  • Be a team player.
  • Have accurate keyboard skills and experience of data entry.
  • IT literate, with good MS Office and CRM skills (training will be provided)
