Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent property management company based in Bath, in their search for a Property Manager to join their friendly and supportive team.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio with an ever-growing number of properties ensuring that the client's expectations are fulfilled by providing a great level of customer service.

DAY TO DAY:

Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints delivering a high level of customer service
Taking payments for deposits and initial rent making sure that these are logged accurately
Arranging inventory checks for moveins and moveouts
Reviewing maintenance works and organising thirdparty contractors/escalating when required
Uploading uptodate documentation
Building strong relationships with contractors to ensure all processes run smoothly
Attending client meetings when required and confidently representing the current portfolio's position
Supporting with general administration duties

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Previous administration/office experience is advantageous however, we are open to different backgrounds
Experience dealing with customer complaints working in a customerfocused environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks ensuring that they are executed to a high standard
Brilliant communication skills verbal & written
Fantastic attention to detail with great organisation and time management skills
