As an Optometrist in this esteemed practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive eye examinations, precise diagnoses, and tailored treatment plans


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity, ocular health, and refractive conditions.
  • Diagnosing and treating visual disorders, eye diseases, and conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy.
  • Prescribing and fitting corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as needed.
  • Offering expert advice and recommendations to patients regarding eye health maintenance and preventive measures.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with an experienced team of opticians and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in optometry and participating in continuous education opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC) in the UK.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Optometrist, with a track record of delivering exceptional eye care services.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make accurate diagnoses.
