As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical servicesto help them keep independent in their own home. At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day.


What we offer:

In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:


  • Competitive pay£12
  • £13 per hour

Bank Holiday Rate:
£24 per hour

Minimum 1 hour calls:

- with client matching for continuity.

Positions available:part time and flexible contract.

Training:

- full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities and ongoing support.

Pension Scheme:available

Employee referral bonus programme: £100 after 60 hours of care delivered by the referred Care Professional

Mileage and travel time / waiting time:35 P per mile, £10 per hour.

What you will bring:

Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and wellbeing support
  • Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
  • Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
  • Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
Being a driver is desired, however, you will be still considered if you are not a driver.
