Our maintenance and construction arm continues to grow with a pipeline of projects. We build, refurbish, maintain, manage and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes.


Due to continued growth, we are looking to further expand our gas team and have the opportunity available for a Gas Supervisor to join us.


Joining Three Sixty as a Gas Supervisor, you will support the M&E Contract Manager and the Gas Manager, ensuring compliance is achieved in relation to Gas Safe regulations.

You will provide technical support whilst working collaboratively with operations and project teams, making sure project site are satisfied.


What you will be doing:


The role will provide surveying skills and technical and supervisory support to the Gas Engineers out in the field, on a daily basis.

The role includes delivery of both physical and desk-based duties, along with providing cover in the absence of the Gas Service Manager across Three Sixty Projects.


Reviewing contract documents and participating in the development of operational plans, you will identify and correct non-confirming conditions and deficiencies when materials or products do not meet the required specifications, coupled with designing gas installation upgrades to meet current standards.


You will have experience of supervising an on-site team of Gas Engineers with the ability to control performance and site productivity.


What we need you to have:
Up to date ACS Gas Safe qualifications with a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1


With the ability to demonstrate experience of the safe manual delivery of gas installations, you will hold good Health and Safety knowledge, and hold an in date SSSTS Health and Safety qualification is a preference, with excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.


_ Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential._
