About the role:

A Sales Coordinator provides administrative sales support to both our field sales and telemarketing teams. Answering queries from customers and staff and providing support for the Telemarketing Team Manager.

Set hours between - M-f 7:30 - 17:30. (7:20 - 4:30, 8:30 - 5:30 with a short day on Fridays


Requirements for our Sales Coordinator

  • High level of verbal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service/sales/targeted environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential

Responsibilities of our Sales Coordinator

  • Be available for queries with diary, travel appointment queries etc. / rearrange appointments that are not geographically possible within given time slot
  • Update the dialler and allocate all follow up calls to the team once results have been obtained
  • Build strong working relationship and trust with both office and fieldbased sales team to work towards the common goal of overachieving on sales targets
  • Supporting other sales regions / coordinators during holiday periods
