Are you an experienced Service Desk Manager/ Team Leader looking to join a growing e-commerce business and help shape the future of their Service Desk capability?

We are looking for somebody who

  • Has people management skills at team lead/ Manager level
  • Holds an ITIL V3 foundation certificate
  • Will help manage change control and major incidents
  • Knowledge of service transition
  • Knowledge of Azure AD is beneficial as well as legacy systems
This is a permanent position based in Accrington offering hybrid working and paying up to £45k per annum.
