Legal Contracts Administrator
LOCATION:
Crawley based

HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 day working from home)
SALARY:
£30,000 p/a

Office Angels are looking for a Legal Contracts Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in Crawley and support their Head of Legal.
About your new role:
- Cataloguing and indexing of Non Disclosure Agreements
- Cataloguing and indexing of nonlease contracts
- Management of inhouse transaction documentation templates
- Control of existing managed portfolio transaction documentation
- Review of non disclosure agreements to ensure all addresses are up to date and variations issued where needed
- Review all contracts referencing LIBOR and supporting amendment process
- Support the due diligence and documentation of the purchase of managed portfolio assets
- Project manage contract document execution ensuring compliance with company policies
- Putting together, negotiating and management of documentation to include side letters, NDAs, warranty assignments, MRO/OEM agreements
About you:

Legal or contract administration experience essential:
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Works well under instruction
- A proactive, can do attitude
Desirable skills:
- Worked within the Aviation industry
