The Role:
Food Service Assistant in Byfleet

Rate of Pay:
£10.42 per hour

Hours: 12 hours per week - Friday and Sunday9am to 3pm


Job Description:

We are looking for a Food Service Assistant to work within our Assisted Living Business, which boasts a welcome and friendly atmosphere.

The purpose of the post is: To provide a high quality and passionate catering service to residents.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

Service:

  • To serve customers with a flair for presentation and precise portion control.
  • To deliver a quality hospitality service.
  • To complete cleaning rotas / dish washer duties as required

Food Preparation:

  • To prepare a wide range of innovative food offers.
  • To maintain correct food storage and holding temperatures at all times.

General:

  • To act always, within the current Health and Safety at Work regulations.
  • To provide a support and guidance to work experience placements.
  • Promote excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Carry out any other reasonably comparable duties that may be required from time to time.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Be willing and excited at the prospect of further development through Catering by Churchill's development training.
  • Have a flair for communication and enjoy working as part of a team.
