C&C Search is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for varied EA/HR/Recruitment Coordinator position for a Global Venture Capital firm in London

What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title:
EA / HR Coordinator

Location:
London / Hybrid (2 days in)


Salary:
£40,000 - £65,000 (D.O.E) + Bonus

Office:
Onsite Chef (Breakfast, Lunch + Afternoon tea), amazing office space with decked out break-out & dining spaces (including a pool table)


General responsibilities:


  • 1/3 EA, 1/3 HR Administration, 1/3 Recruitment Coordination
  • Proactive diary management for Chief People Officer, GM and HR Director, handling a high volume of requests and competing demands
  • Seamless coordination and execution of business travel planning (mainly for GM)
  • Assisting the People team with HR Administration (full HR lifecycle duties) Project support (Lots to get involved in) and Event Coordination
  • Monthly Expenses
  • Band ambassador for the business and contributing to a positive workplace culture

What is the company looking for?

  • 23 years' experience within Recruitment Coordination
  • HR Administration AND EA/PA experience is highly preferred
  • Tertiary study or CIPD is preferred
  • Financial Services Industry background
  • Proven ability to support and coordinate recruitment at all levels, and build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong judgement, problem solver, forward thinker and ability to manage competing demands
  • A champion of positive workplace culture and collaboration
  • Ambitious and curious mindset with an interest in business and Financial Services
We are looking for people who enjoy working to a high standard, in a fast paced environment and have a strong attention to detail You will need to be capable of juggling multiple, varied tasks between HR, Recruitment and Executive support and therefore be strong at prioritising your workload
