Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience

Experience:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm for sales and a customercentric approach
  • Excellent problemsolving skills

Salary:
From £24,871.41 per year
