Working as part of a larger team, responsible for the planning and scheduling of repair and compliance jobs for the whole of the UK.

Scheduling calls to a team of engineers on a daily basis. Both reactive breakdowns and forward planning of work.
Working directly with our engineers, service teams and service managers.
Smart route planning to hit customer SLAs and decision making based on cost and customer need
Balance of workload and different priorities to deliver service excellence
Customer contact to arrange and rearrange visits
Excellent communication to manage outstanding jobs
Management of WIP in own area of work

Essential Criteria

Advantegous Criteria

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure whilst targeting in day SLAs
Problem solving skills with ability to introduce preventative actions
Proactive & results driven
Ability to react quickly and follow customer SLA requirements
Admin experience
Experience working with fieldbased engineers
Knowledge of the Commercial Laundry Industry
