Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our local client in Chippenham in the recruitment of a technical services office to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role will be working within the technical services department covering the following duties;

Complete the KPIs for customers and internal presentations
Complete Internal audits and customer gap analysis as required
Support with information requests for the Supplier Assurance system and supplier information requests
Complete finished product specs
Sign off Artwork against the approval checklist
Support with customer audits as required
Complete Traceability as required.
Trending of complaints
Support with the Document Control system
Support with the TACCP system
Complete the monthly horizon scanning

Ideally you will have some previous experience within food manufacturing and having a food related qualification would be desirable

Hours are working Monday to Friday with an annual salary of £26,000 per year.
