  • Are you a Scrum Master looking for your next move?What you'll be doing
  • Leading a crossfunctional team utilising the Scrum framework for the delivery of key digital products
  • Facilitating Scrum events; release and sprint planning, daily standup, show & tell, refinement and retrospective
  • Identifying, managing and removing teamlevel impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with sprint goals. Develop clear and concise escalation points
  • Providing transparency and visibility by tracking and reporting teamlevel delivery metrics. Radiate information
  • Driving of engineering practices such as testdriven development, pairprogramming, automated testing and continuous delivery to improve quality and reliability of the team's deliverables
  • Strive for continuous improvement across engineering processes and practices
  • Taking responsibility for coaching and mentoring team members on agile values, principles and practices
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with your team as well as key development and business stakeholders
What we're looking for

  • To hit the ground running in this role you'll have a good track record of successful Delivery as a Scrum Master. Ideally from a Financial Services background but not essential
  • You'll be Technically aware of all elements of the delivery process from discovery to production deployment.
  • Technical experience in agile project management tooling and technologies.
  • An understanding of automated testing frameworks and techniques.
  • You'll demonstrate experience in coaching and mentoring team members and product owners.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring diverse teams and senior stakeholders in the Scrum framework
