Logistics Administrator


We are looking for an individual willing and ready to work in a fast-paced office environment, working with and for multiple departments, on more than one activity and project, and more within a global healthcare's new site based in Dundee.


A few key points to summarise this role:

  • Overall generation of reports when necessary
  • Not only adhering to GDPR but also general GMP and company restrictions and regulations
  • Working collaboratively and independently within the companies logistics department, providing general assistance as well as keeping on top of personal assignments
  • Audit preparation
  • Keeping files and all documents organised in compliance with companies procedures
  • Consistent use of Microsoft Excel to compare stock with customer orders
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Sufficient understanding and knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Able to multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
Up to £22,425.00 per year
