Logistics Administrator
We are looking for an individual willing and ready to work in a fast-paced office environment, working with and for multiple departments, on more than one activity and project, and more within a global healthcare's new site based in Dundee.
A few key points to summarise this role:
- Overall generation of reports when necessary
- Not only adhering to GDPR but also general GMP and company restrictions and regulations
- Working collaboratively and independently within the companies logistics department, providing general assistance as well as keeping on top of personal assignments
- Audit preparation
- Keeping files and all documents organised in compliance with companies procedures
- Consistent use of Microsoft Excel to compare stock with customer orders
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Sufficient understanding and knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to multitask
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
Up to £22,425.00 per year
