The Role:
As Head Housekeeper, you will play an integral role within the care home, working as part of and leading a small domestic team.
You will be responsible for managing the housekeeping rota and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness standards are achieved and maintained within the home.
Your role is key in ensuring the home is cleaned and maintained to very high standards in line with the cleaning schedules and infection control measures in order to ensure our residents live in an exceptional environment.
We are looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality, a happy disposition, self-motivated, the ability to encourage others and those who are keen to provide the best housekeeping service in the care sector.
Hours of work:
Your hours of work will be and you will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off.
You will also be required to work one additional shift every two weeks to oversee the people management element of your role.
This will equate to an average working week of 28 hours in total.We will offer:
