Salary:
Grade C-D, £22,366 - £23,893 (DOE) FTE

Actual Salary:
Grade C-D, £15,598 - £16,663, (DOE) pro rata

Type of role:
Permanent, part time hours (30 hours per week Mon-Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm), term-time only

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team here at Lawn Manor Academy.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support our pupils.

The successful applicant, you will:

Have great communication skills along with IT and administrative knowledge.
Be willing to take part in ongoing training and update skills including completing a Vocational Qualification.
Demonstrate discretion to make minor decisions, under the direction of the line manager.
Show emotional resilience, working with children and supporting behaviour management.
