Primary PE Sports Coach - Leading Sports Coaching & Wraparound Care Provider

Black Country, West Midlands

Up to £22k per year (dependent on qualifications & experience)

Full-Time/permanent OR contracted role available

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Primary PE Sports Coach to join an award winning, forward-thinking and growing sports coaching and wraparound childcare company who have a gymnastics and movement-based focus across their curriculum.

They are growing in size, quality and scope every year and are now looking for someone to support them on this journey.

We are looking for positive individuals who are passionate about working with children aged between 4-11 and providing opportunities to develop their physical wellbeing, and bring energy and enthusiasm with them every day.

Delivering fun and structured PE and School Sport lessons (including PPA cover) to children in primary schools
Effective teaching and behaviour management strategies during your lessons
Planning PE sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of groups and individual children
Working independently and managing your own projects
Becoming a play leader in our multiactivity wraparound care sessions
A recognised Level 1 or 2 qualification (gymnastics would be desirable)
Driving licence and access to own vehicle
Experience teaching PE in primary schools previously
A valid and indate Enhanced DBS check
A valid and indate Safeguarding & First Aid certificate
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) as you will be responsible for delivering word and numberbased sessions as part of their bespoke curriculum
