Description

The post holder will be part of a team responsible for providing IT support for Microsoft Office 365, One consultation & Microsoft teams.


They will be the first line of support for faults and queries relating to these systems, escalating issues as required to the Senior Operational Service Manager, Systems & Data Managers, ICT Service desk and third-party technical support as relevant.

Daily system housekeeping and administration will also be part of the role.

Daily communications with all levels of Directorate staff including clinicians, nurses, technical, management and administrative grades. To provide first line support and advice to the user community on the use and operation of Microsoft Teams and Attend Anywhere


Represent the department to all users in a polite and helpful manner either noting requirements to be passed to the appropriate IM&T Service Delivery team members or dealing with requests as appropriate.

Collaborative teamwork with IM&T suppliers and other IT Support staff.

Integrated approach to IM&T Systems across a wide geographic area.

To maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Attend Anywhere systems, Hospify and Care flow connect software.
