Our extensive network enables us to provide a comprehensive supply chain management service covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Our Telford site are now recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time basis.


Salary:
£22,475.04 Per annum

Working hours: 4 on 4 off 06:00 - 18:00


Job Description:


As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are done accurately and in a timely fashion so that discrepancies are identified early enough to be dealt with efficiently.


  • Liaising with the Shift Manager, Customer Services and Operations Manager
  • Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork
  • Create preadvices for arriving stock on SCE
  • Releasing of preadvising on SCE
  • To communicate effectively with line managers
  • Order entry as required
  • Creation of Xdock preadvices for the Xdock process
  • Filing as required
  • Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets
  • Printing of European McBurney labels

Qualifications:


  • Administration experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work along and with mínimal supervision
  • Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion
  • IT skills expierience and confidence in using WMS and other systems, MS Office packages (especially Excel)
