Govan Housing Association is a community focused Registered Social Landlord based in Govan, Glasgow. The Association itself possesses a rich history and one of development and innovation.

Founded in 1971, the Association was the first community based housing provider, leading the way for social housing provision in Scotland.

After over 40 years of operating in the housing sector, the Association now manages approximately 1,600 socially rented properties and over 600 factored properties as well as taking an active role in the regeneration of the area and continuing to improve the quality of life of residents.

Following internal promotion, we are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our Customer Service Team with day to day housing management activities and administration.

Our Customer Service Advisors are often the first point of contact for members of the public or Association tenants with a housing enquiry.

You will be responsible for listening to our customers to deliver high quality, flexible and supportive housing management and tenancy support services which are forward thinking and which build on our success.

You will have experience of working in a busy housing management environment and following policies, procedures and guidance in relation to key tasks such as arrears management, anti-social behaviour complaints, voids, waiting list and allocations.

Being the first point of contact for our residents and customers, you will have experience of working with the public and be passionate about providing excellent customer service and advice to our residents.

You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills along with a commitment to team working, providing general operational and administrative support to our Customer Services Team.
