Seven Social Care is looking for several Accommodation Support Workers to fill an exclusive opportunity in Manchester.

The role:

This role involves supporting the homeless, providing needed accommodation and helping secure a more permanent living accommodation. You'll work with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds. They may have a history of drug or alcohol abuse ormay have been recently released from prison.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as point of contact for customers of the homeless service

Provide housing related support and provide longer term housing solutions

Complete support plans based on every individual

Assist with benefits, education, employment

Ensure effective upkeep of the temp accommodation resource

Applicant Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience working with the homeless

Compliance:
Up to date DBS, right to work in the UK.

Hours:
Days: 8:30 - 3pm, Eve: 14:30 - 22:00, Nights: 21:30 - 9am
