Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Head of Planned Major Projects on a permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.

A bit about the role:

As a Head of Planned Major Projects, you will provide operational management for the Major Projects & Latent Defects Team within Peabody Group, responsible for delivering major capital projects, Investment programmes and remediating Latent defects to our homes.

Some of the key results for the role include:

Effectively and proactively leading, managing and motivating your team ensuring that there is a culture of high performance, strong engagement and a commitment to continual improvement.
Establishing and implementing effective working arrangements & practices to ensure a consistent level of service delivery in line with the Peabody business plan.
Monitoring and reviewing the internal and external environment to ensure compliance and best practice are adhered to.
Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction
Leading and promoting a positive health and safety culture in accordance with Peabody policies, procedures and industry legislation including CDM

This role will require a Basic DBS check, a UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
