Service all guests with a warm and positive hospitality manner by being fully knowledgeable about user records of food and beverage products, especially around allergies, fully understanding the products and impact of ingredients.

Also ensuring that all food and beverages services that are provided are in line with Health and Safety guidelines, COVID-19 Protocols, local established service procedures and maintains good hygiene practices in line with company guidelines.

An F&B Apprentice will be required to fully understand the Art of Hosting principle and conduct this on a daily basis.

A fully flexible approach on job duties is required and high standard on cleanliness is a basic requirement.

40 hours over 5 days (1 day at college to come out of the 40 hours
- shifts vary from morning shifts to early evening shifts.
