Our client is currently looking for an Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in York.

The Order Entry & Customer Service Advisors based in the UK at the company are a dynamic, diverse, and international team from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines working together to meet the needs of their customers.

Salary:
£28K + bonus

Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor Duties:

Processing orders using SAP
Providing quotations for standard and custom optics
Booking in goods and expediting purchase orders
Communicate actively with the Sales, Supply chain and Finance functions, providing feedback where appropriate
Follow up customer and internal queries in a timely manner
Ensure customers' satisfaction

Order Entry &
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

University degree or equivalent
Customer Service experience (Business to business)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Fluency in any other European language is beneficial
Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems (ideally experience with SAP)
Precision and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong selforganization skills able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
