An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Line Leader to join the manufacturing team here at Sheffield in our "
Mints Section" .


As a Line Leader you will be responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly performance of manufacturing Clusters, including the development of line teams, Area coordinators, Line Coordinators, Technician leads and technician teams in IL6S ways of working.

Being the AM coach and facilitator of PM & AM working together, enabling teams to develop and grow into self sufficient state.

  • AM steps growth
  • PM & AM working together
  • Team capability growth
  • Maintenance (PM) improvement glide path (GE)
  • Trials and Innovation enabler (IIM)
What you will bring

  • Excellent knowledge of operational Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in food processes and products
  • Good Knowledge of improvement methodologies
  • Experienced in the use of Safety systems (BOS, QRP, Risk Assessment)
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and programmes (IL6S).
