Description
We are looking for an Apprentice Machine Operator to join us on the embroidery team.

The ideal person will be warm, outgoing, and understanding of our customer's needs.

You will be enthusiastic and keen to learn with a can-do attitude and a willingness to work as part of our close and friendly team.


The role will include:


  • Job cards read paperwork
  • Checking garments against colour and size
  • Required to scan logo to colour machine
  • Framing garments on machine
  • Trace with logos on machine
  • Checking before running job
  • Basic maintenance cleaning
  • Packaging of products
  • Ready for dispatch

About you:


  • Quick learner
  • Attention for detail
  • People can communicate
  • Minimum standard Maths and English
  • Able to stand all day

Working hours:


  • 6am12pm hours to be discussed upon age


As part of the apprenticeship, you will need to complete your Functional skills if you do not already have your Maths and English at GCSE Level.


You will complete the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 as part of the role, the training will be provided by Optimum skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Salary:
£5.50 per hour
