ROLE:

  • Customer Service Admin - Immediate Start




LOCATION:

  • Hounslow, with free onsite parking

HOURLY RATE:
£11ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits


HOURS:
Monday to Friday, with 2 shifts. 8am - 5pm, 6am - 3pm. 40 hours





DURATION:

  • On-going, with the potential to go permanent


We are currently working with a Maintenance business in Hounslow, which is looking for additional support within its Customer Service team.

You will support with admin and customer service, to ensure that all customer euquiries are managed and finalised withinbusiness SLAs.

You will work in a close-knit team and interact with all internal teams as well as external customers. They are looking for a customer-focused, confident, and organised individual to join their team

Duties;

  • Working in the Customer Service team, ensuring that the best and most efficient services are offered to their customers
  • Managing a high volume of enquiries
  • Reviewing and uploading each enquiry to the business system
  • Ensuring that the correct SLA is allocated to each job
  • Escalating any urgent enquires to the Team Leader
  • Working to team KPIs, and reviewing performance with the Team Leader
  • Working with internal teams on a daily basis, including contractors
