This post is a permanent basis in North Wales.

Who are we looking for?
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to;
- To coordinate and manage the painting work required for each property. Coordinate and manage a team to carry out all works.
- Ensure all work carried out is to a high standard and ensure all KPI's are met.
- Carry out Preinspections of all properties requiring work and carry out post inspections and log findings.
- Make sure H&S is monitored and adhered to at all times and update records our inhouse computer system.
- Measuring the work area to calculate the time and materials required to complete the project.
- Preparing the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes.
- Preparing painting surfaces, including removing old paint, filling holes and cracks and washing walls
- Mixing and matching paints and colours to meet the texture and look required for the project.
- Cleaning up painting tools and supplies, replacing fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project
- Collaborating with painters on other larger jobs or Voids works and reactive work.
- Working with other construction professionals such as, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers when necessary
Skills and Qualifications required for the role:
- You will hold a clean full driving licence.
- City & Guilds or NVQ in at least 1 x relevant trade
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- An exceptionally good understanding of tools and equipment to be used.
- An exceptionally good understanding of onsite H&S
- Have good IT skills and competency. Training will be provided on Group specific IT systems.
- Have the ability to complete timesheets and log information electronically.
- A good working knowledge of COSHH i.e. Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 199
- You will be part of an oncall rota.
This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which we pay for.
