We are looking for a keen and motivated individual to become our HR Systems Officer, working within our HR Systems Support team in Warwickshire.

About the Team and the Role


We are recruiting for an individual that is looking for an opportunity that will allow them work within a HR Systems Support team.


Working alongside the HR Systems Analysts to help design, implement, and support high-quality, customer-focused, technical solutions that exceed our customer's expectations.


An understanding of gathering and interrupting information, ability to follow system procedures but also look to make suggestions and improvements.

Great communication skills with both internal and external team members.

  • Some of the key aspects of the role:_
- _Working with other team members and its customers to investigate and resolve system and customer raised issues and requests_
- _Gain HR System knowledge to diagnose and offer solutions to problems_
- _Support and assist both the HR Systems Analyst and the Team Lead to improve team practices_
