Description
We are looking to recruit a Service Support Administrator to work alongside the 4 core services within the Charity.

The role of the Service Support Administrator (SSA) is critical to the smooth and effective operational management of each service.

The SSA will work alongside the Dementia Support Service and the Welfare Team, both of which provide registered care, and our Homeshare Service.

The services are the responsibility of the Head of Care Quality and Service Development and your key objective will be to work with them whilst supporting the Senior Managers to maintain compliance.

You will achieve this by working closely with those responsible for each service, the Senior Managers, Registered Managers, Homeshare Coordinator, Executive Assistant, the finance team, volunteers, staff, residents and those using the service.

In addition, the role of a SSA is to support St John's to maintain links to the community and support the work it does with external stakeholders and other services.

The SSA underpins each service in its own unique way to make sure all stakeholders can benefit from the highest standards possible.

Working within a small team we are all motivated to maintain St John's values and achieve the best possible outcomes for those we serve and those working within the charity.

You will not be expected to work evenings or weekends, but flexibility to meet the needs of the services.
