As a Young Person Support Worker (Superhero) in Education, you will play a crucial role in helping our students achieve their full potential


Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one or group support to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioural challenges.

Developing personalised learning plans to address individual needs and goals.

Assisting in classroom activities and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Offering guidance and mentorship to help students build confidence and resilience.

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create holistic support strategies.

Monitoring and documenting student progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties.

Promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and diversity within the educational setting.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organisational and documentation skills.

Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education or youth work.
