£25K basic salary at trainee level

£ 400 bonus per deal + discretionary
£1000bonus _per month_

Promotion to Consultant after completing
1 360 deal

SAP Recruitment Resourcer day-to-day

From day one, you'll be encouraged to cultivate relationships and business development skills via meetings, calls and written communication
Generating new leads with new clients
Sourcing new talent & regenerating lapsed relationships
Developing skills through dedicated training, become an expert in your field
Eventually manage your own client base and become a trusted advisor
Work collaboratively with the team, as well as building your personal brand and working autonomously
Network effectively, attend events and business trips across Europe

Requirements of an SAP Recruitment Resourcer

Graduate in any discipline 2:1 or higher
OR relevant experience in recruitment, sales, lettings etc.
Ability to demonstrate motivation for success, and a hardworking attitude
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Great attention to detail and ability to work independently
Genuinely ambitious, careerminded and determined

Desirable attributes

German speaking (B2+)
Previous recruitment or sales experience
