Page Personnel is partnering with a not for profit organisation who are looking for a Payments Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.
Client Details
Our client is a not for profit organisation who have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months.
They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices but do offer a hybrid model of working.
Description
As the Payments Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Daily input of time on time sheet
- Prepare payment instructions including for online banking systems, with supporting documents
- Understand the different requirements/process for payments for high risk clients
- Other adhoc duties
Profile
To be successful for the Payments Administrator role you must:
- Have previous office experience, including payment processing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have excellent written and verbal English
- Have accurate attention to detail
- Good time management skills
Job Offer
**Salary £22,000 - £26,000
