Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service support team, providing effective line management to service support coordinators, including conducting regular supervision meetings and annual appraisals.
- Support service support team coordinators with the management of inbound referrals, ensuring allocation to appropriate clinicians while prioritizing customer needs.
- Oversee all SOPs related to the service support team and ensure team adherence.
- Provide timely service reviews and performance information to senior management.
- Support in the development of new SOPs and conduct regular auditing of SOP compliance.
- Lead recruitment and training of new colleagues in the service support team.
- Keep the team informed about company developments, programs, and policy changes.
- Proactively manage open case books, ensuring suitable customer updates are provided within service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with invoicing processes within service level agreements for both customers and clinicians.
- Maintain accurate and effective records within Mind Right's case management system.
- Work within key performance indicators and service level agreements for all customers.
- Collaborate with operational managers to develop and manage operational processes contributing to market leadership in the UK psychological services market.
- Identify and report any complaints promptly, leading appropriate remedial actions when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Experience with case management systems is advantageous.
