Executive Assistant with experience supporting Directors and Heads of Service looking for a new challenge?

Do you have proven experience providing complex and extensive diary management?

Are you able to work without supervision, identifying and solving problems in a proactive manner?

Our client, a leading professional services firm, are looking for an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic and well organised
Executive Assistant that can take the reins in delivering a key role supporting the Directors of the
Group Brand and Marketingteam.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management, scheduling all internal and external meeting and liaising with key stakeholders. Arranging travel and accommodation when needed.
  • Managing expense claims, company Credit Cards and processing invoices.


Potentially deputising for directors at meetings you will need to display an appreciation for the work of a professional communications functions and have an interest in marketing and external affairs.


Our client offer a hybrid home/office working model, however flexibility is required as it is anticipated this role will require you to work from both the London and Kings Hill office up to 2 days a week each with 1 day at home.
