Peace Recruitment is currently working with an exciting, construction Project Management consultancy with offices based in both London & Manchester, as they look to increase their team with the addition of an Associate Director PM in their London office.

Our client specialises in working on some of the most challenging projects within the Hospitality & Leisure sectors. They have a focus on highly operational areas which include Entertainment Districts, Arenas, Music Venues & Theatres.

With their clients being some of the top operators in the industry, it is essential they bring on-board only the best Project Managers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Resolving issues & understanding project challenges
  • Mapping project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Developing detailed project outlines & plans to guide clients through projects
  • Management of all relevant budgets, monitoring expenditure and costs, advising the client and internal stakeholders of any potential amendments

Requirements:


  • AD or SPM level Project Management experience within a Construction consultancy environment is
    essential:
  • Experienced within the delivery of property projects across a variety of sectors, with any leisure & hospitality experience being an added bonus
  • A desire to further develop your career by assisting in leading a new office
  • Concise verbal and written communication abilities
  • Chartered status is preferred, however not essential
