Foster Coldstores are the leading Coldroom manufacturer in the U.K; we design manufacture and supply complete Coldroom installations to a diverse customer base.

The day-to-day role will be working within the planning team, organising subcontract labour for our project managers, assisting the project managers with their site notes allowing our factory to be scheduled efficiently, arranging deliveries, controlling the installation dates to meet our customers' expectations, whilst balancing these dates with the manufacturing team to give them as much visibility as possible of upcoming requirements.

Ideally this person would have a good knowledge of how the construction industry operates, potentially someone who has been a project manager or worked in a similar role before.

• Well organised and able to work on multiple projects with a proactive approach.
• Customer facing and can work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
• Good Customer Skills, able to work on own initiative.
• Ideally with an understand of building processes, enabling you to assist with the notes for writing Risk and Method statements.
• Team player
• Good computer skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
