Page Personnel are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a business within the Legal Industry, based in Leeds city centre, to work part-time 22.5 hours per week.
Client Details
My client is within the Legal industry and they are looking to expand their team and hire a Credit Controller, part time, for 22.5 hours per week, who will be responsible for the daily workings of the collection of aged fees.
Description
- Collection of Private Fees that are outside the remit of Junior/outsourced Fees Credit Control
- Managing the Fee Queries from Solicitors/Firms
- Collection of Fees requested directly from members
- Dealing with payment queries
- Supporting the Fees Credit Control Manager with Key Account Customers and ad hoc fees
- Working alongside our external Fee Collections Team
- Management of payment plans
- Supporting the Fees Team with any ad hoc tasks
- Provide Fee Collection Reporting
- Supervise Fee Collections clerks, first step of escalation process
- Support the Fes Credit Control Manager with any inteam training requirements
Profile
- Credit Control experience for a minimum of 2 years
- Professional demeanour
- Excellent time keeping
- Excellent phone skills
- Maths and English at GCSE level
- IT Literate (MS Office)
- Experience of with LEX system is desirable but not essential
