If you have answered yes to the above questions, our site here at Peterborough has a rare opportunity for a 'Car Park Attendant' to join a very busy dealership.

Sycamore BMW & MINI is part of an expanding family-owned business with high levels of customer satisfaction across various sites in the East Midlands, and this role will be expected to help us maintain and even improve our exceptional levels of customer service.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and personal presentation.

Working within our service department, your duties will include providing car park management on a day-to-day basis as well as forming part of the customer service function, always providing a professional and approachable point of contact for all customers and clients.

Daily Tasks:

Ensuring customer access to a space within the car park is trouble free.
Parking customers cars where necessary.
Assisting customers with both parking and nonparking queries, providing excellent levels of customer service.
Car marshalling, when required.
Assisting the site with any additional adhoc duties.

Skills and Abilities:

Good communication skills with people at all levels.
Ability to work accurately under pressure within set guidelines and procedures.
Ability to ensure that the standards of quality and customer care are achieved.
Ability to walk and stand for often prolonged periods of time.

You must:

Be able to work using your own initiative.
Be friendly and approachable.
Have a consistent professional appearance and attitude always expected by the company and the client.
