With our grand opening on the horizon, there's a lot to prepare for, and we're gearing up to recruit some of our Key Roles.

Position Details:


Hours: 40 per week (9am-5pm Monday-Friday / Occasional Weekends)

Salary:
£27,733 per annum


_As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:_

  • Managing enquiries and conducting showarounds.
  • Supporting the recruitment process for the home.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective administration and financial systems to meet all requirements.
  • Providing accurate information and ensuring all admin processes and documentation are in place.
  • Managing transactions in line with financial procedures and maintaining reporting systems in the manager's absence.
  • Complying with CQC essential standards and Anchor procedures.

_Required Knowledge & Experience:
_


  • Preferred but not essential: Level 2 Business Administration or Customer Service Level
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Understanding financial procedures, debt management, income collection, payroll processes, and budget management.
  • Managing customers' personal monies and understanding confidentiality and data protection within a care setting.
  • Health & safety in the workplace.

_Required Skills:

  • Computer literate with experience in various IT packages.
  • Wellorganized with excellent planning skills.
  • Ability to produce and present numerical data accurately with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working individually and as part of a team.
