We are currently looking for a
PRODUCTIVE Handyman / Groundskeeper that can easily show us evidence of valuable results and production from past similar jobs or functions.

You have the ability to solve difficult problems "head on" and to keep track of people.

You have a natural sense for order and planning, and can prove that you have managed people towards success in the past.

You have the ability to get things done on time and within deadlines.

The most hard and demanding part of the job, as well as the biggest obstacles in having and doing this job, is to have the overall responsibility for:1) The maintenance of Head Office grounds and the Estate

2) Coordinate and ensure that all works booked are carried out by the contractors according to company standards and deadlines.

This is not necessarily an easy task as there are quite a few competitors on the market and in order to keep winning, our company has to keep improving all parts of its operations.

Some of your main responsibilities as the Handyman / Groundskeeper are:

General Building Maintenance (DIY).
Painting and Decorating.
Looking after the estates, making sure they are secure, safe and uptostandard.
Helping the Fleet Manager with vehicle maintenance and logistics when needed.
Manual Driving License required.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
