Are you looking for a job that gives you flexibility on when you work during the week. Would you like the choice of working from home or going into the office?
A leading property specialist is currently seeking a Property Inspector to join their team on a part-time bases.

In this role, you will need to contact tenants on behalf of the landlords to arrange a quarterly inspection as per their tenancy agreement.

Youwill then attend the property to carry out the inspection, using a tablet to take photos and complete the inspection report, which will is sent directly to the landlord.

Completing on average inspections per week, you will be working within a 10-mile radius of Bridgwater.

Role requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Own vehicle to complete the inspections
  • Organisational and customer service skills are key to this role
