Dentalcare Group have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Support to join our professional and friendly team in Berkshire.About Us
The first Dentalcare surgery opened in 1964 and have since built a reputation in serving people well.
Our current management team came into place in 2006 and have since brought several select surgeries across Southern England into the group gradually.

The Langley Team
Our Dentalcare team in Langley is situated within a mile from Langley railway station and offers good bus links and regular services into Slough station and into Heathrow.
You will also have easy access to the M4 if you are driving and there is free parking available nearby the practice - on street parking opposite the practice.
The practice is situated opposite the old police station at the M4 end of the High Street. There are 4 surgeries across 2 floors, offering disability access, a separate decontamination area, CBCT scanner, digital X-Rays.The practice includes a range of services, NHS Orthodontics, Private Orthodontics and Dentistry - including Teeth Straightening, Teeth Whitening, Hygienist, Cosmetic Dentistry.
The Role & Responsibilities
- You will provide the highest levels of patient support and professionalism at all times.
- You will be managing a busy Reception with a high number of telephone calls, patients and staff to support
- It is therefore important that you have outstanding telephone manner and excellent customer service / communication skills and that you want to put patients' interest first.
- You will be tasked to assist with various administration, filing and other tasks as required by the team.
- We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual to join our happy team and assist in our growth. It is also important that you are friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
The Working Hours
- This is a permanent, fulltime role working 40 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month.
- The start date for this role would ideally be as soon as possible.

- Be a hardworking, organised individual who is able to multi task and prioritise the needs of a busy practice
- It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional and that you
want to put patients' interest first. - You will have an ability to work in a team and selfmotivated to work on your own projects
- Quick learner to pick up systems and a variety of software programmes.
- Flexible and adaptable to rise to the challenge of what needs to be achieved each day
