Professional Matchmaker - £40k+ bonus and WFH - South West London

Would you like to work with an exclusive, high-end matchmaking agency that provides an all-inclusive service to its members ? Previous experience in this sector is not necessary, but if you have a strong career background in sales or client service and are socially adept, then this could be a match for you.

This expanding agency has a unique approach to the matchmaking scene, providing a holistic service to include pre-date advice and arranging hair appointments.

Reporting to the COO, you will be part of a high-performing team providing matchmaking services to HNW members.

You will need to be self-motivated, discrete, highly organised, possess strong communication skills (oral and written), soft people skills, and be comfortable working with a HNW client base.

Role - Professional Matchmaker

Headhunting for new client members through online platforms and social events.
Interviewing potential members to fully understand their requirements for a suitable partner.
Communicating the Company's ethos and value proposition to prospective members.
Managing the client journey during their membership with the Company.
Participating in matchmaking sessions to put forward introductions for member clients.
Coaching clients based on feedback in order to optimise their membership experience.
Attending member social events to support member clients.
Contributing content for social media platforms (e.g., video clips).
Experience in managing social media platforms, web content, and digital marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
